Postcard Arrival

Hello everyone!

I bet you have gotten your postcard and are curious about the show?! Something you will notice on the postcard that may seem out of the ordinary, the note, "cash only show", we artistists' decided to keep things simple and only accept cash and not charge sales tax!!!!! So come prepared and if you happen to see that awesome something you just can't live without, there is an ATM machine with in walking distance of the show (Whew!)

Parking! No problem, although we kindly ask that you read the signs coming into to town, there will be two parking areas available. Most folks will probably be inclined to pull into the drive where the show is located, but this is a driveway to my home and will not hold all of you freindly folks, so PLEASE read and follow the signs for parking and remember the speed limit in town is 35 mph.

And, we'll have art work being raffled at 3:45 pm the day of the show. Raffle tickets will cost $1, proceeds will be donated to Pets, inc.

The show will go on rain or shine, monsoons are questionable, check back to this blog Friday afternoon or Saturday morning if you are having doubts.

Please feel free to email me at ppb123@gmail.com or leave a message at 803.364.4721 and I will call you back as soon as possible.

Hope to see you there!!!!!!

Art in the yard supports Pets, inc.

We are happy to announce that all of the participating artists will be graciously donating a piece of are work to be used for a drawing to raise money for Pets, inc. As many of you may already know Pets, inc. is a non-profit organization created to help rescue abandoned and abused animals, this effort is obtainable by the financial support of donations. Tickets for the drawing will be $2, not only will you be able to have a chance at taking home a wonderful piece of art work, you will also be able to help save the lives of precious animals.
For those of you who visit the show you will be able to meet Murphy, he is our rottweiler that was adopted from Pets, inc in 2004 as a gift for my husband. Murphy has made our family so happy and he LOVES everyone he meets ( ask anyone at the Lowe's in Newberry!!). We feel like this is a great way to support the organization that brought so much pleasure into our home.
